小麦是人类的主要粮食作物之一,其颖果是绿色有机食品与营养保健食品的重要原料。胚乳组织可分为胚乳运输细胞与贮藏细胞,前者是养分进入胚乳与胚的关键通道,后者是颖果营养物质积累的主体,二者的发育状况都与颖果的营养品质密切相关。迄今为止,胚乳组织的发育与功能尚未完全阐明。本文探讨了胚乳运输细胞与贮藏细胞的发育规律及其作用机制。本文将深化小麦胚乳发育及其颖果营养品质形成机理的研究,为高产优质小麦品种的培育提供更多的参考资料,为作物生理学、细胞生物学等学科提供新知识。 |

Wheat is one of primary food crops for human beings. Wheat caryopses are important raw materials for green organic food and nutritional health food. Endosperm tissue can be divided into endosperm transport cells and storage cells. The former is the key channel for nutrients to enter endosperm and embryo, and the latter is the bulk for caryopsis nutrient accumulation. The developmental state of both is closely related to caryopsis nutritional quality. So far, development and function of endosperm tissue have not been completely clarified. In this paper, the developmental regularity of endosperm transport cells and storage cells, and their functional mechanisms were explored. This paper will deepen the investigation on endosperm development and formation mechanisms of caryopsis nutrient quality in wheat, provide more reference material for the cultivation of high yield and quality wheat varieties, and provide new knowledge for crop physiology, cell biology and other disciplines. |
