In order to investigate the effect of distance from tree on photosynthetic characteristics and yield formation of wheat, four patterns, such as wheat(D0),and Jujube-wheat intercropping with different distance of 90 cm,110 cm,and 130 cm(D1,D2 and D3) were conducted. The photosynthetic characteristics,LAI,tillering characteristics and yield components of wheat were determined. The results indicated that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of D0,D2 and D3 treatments at filling stage was 13.04%,8.99% and 11.73% higher than that of D1,and the stomatal conductance(Gs) of D0,D2 and D3 was 21.43%,9.52% and 16.67% higher than that of D1,respectively. There was no significant difference in transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration among all treatments. From jointing stage to mature stage, there were significant differences in stem number per plant, tiller number per plant,LAI and dry matter accumulation per plant, with a rank of D0 > D3> D2> D1. There were also significant differences in wheat yield and yield components among different treatments. The number of spikes, grains per spike and grain weight per panicle of D0 and D3 were significantly higher than those of D1 and D2. The yield of D0 was the highest, which was 25.78%,16.49%,6.70% higher than that of D1,D2,and D3 treatments, and the yield of wheat under different treatments ranked as D3> D2> D1. In the jujube-wheat intercropping system, the yield was increased with the increase of distance from jujube trees. Therefore,it is beneficial to improve the economic yield by optimal row spacing between wheat and jujube. |
