为获得麦苗生产的最佳割苗期,对大麦品种福大麦1号和11凡8设置五个割苗期、割苗两次,并对麦苗产量、伽马氨基丁酸(GABA)含量和生长速率进行统计分析。结果发现,各割苗期大麦苗干重和生长速率呈显著正相关,生长期越长麦苗干重越大,生长期与GABA含量不相关。响应面分析结果表明,福大麦1号第一次割苗在第5期,干重和GABA含量最大,分别为20.31 g·m-2和1.83 mg·g-1,第二次割苗在第4期,干重和GABA含量最大,分别为18.44 g·m-2和1.43 mg·g-1;11凡8第一次割苗在第5 期,干重和GABA含量最大,分别为25.15 g·m-2和1.51 mg·g-1,第二次割苗在第4期,干重和GABA含量最大,分别为20.78 g·m-2和1.25 mg·g-1。比较产量、再生性和GABA含量发现,福大麦1号比11凡8更适合生产麦苗。 |

In order to get the optimum cutting period,five different cutting periods with twice cutting were set up to analyze barley seedling production,content of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and growth rate of two barley varieties Fudamai 1 and 11 fan 8. Results showed that in each cutting dry weight of seedling were positively related to growth rate of seedling.The longer was growing duration,the higher was dry weight,but the content of GABA was not related. Optimum cutting obtained by response surface analysis indicated that first cutting at fifth period for Fudamai 1 and 11 fan 8 can make maximum dry weight(20.31 and 25.15 g·m-2) and GABA(1.83 mg·g-1 and 1.51 mg·g-1). From the comparison of production,ratooning and GABA content,Fudamai 1 is more suitable for barley seedling production than 11 fan 8. |
