| 自噬是一种进化上保守的溶酶体/液泡降解途径,可以包裹细胞中不需要的细胞器和受损蛋白质,并将其运输到液泡中进行降解和回收。自噬在维持细胞稳态、调节植物生长发育以及应对生物和非生物胁迫中发挥关键作用。目前,关于植物自噬的研究主要集中于模式植物拟南芥,在重要粮食作物小麦中的研究相对较少。本文从自噬的功能、检测方法、调控机制和应用前景等方面系统阐述小麦自噬的研究进展,以期为优异小麦种质资源的筛选鉴定和品种选育提供理论支持。 |

| Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved lysosome/vacuole degradation pathway, which can wrap unneeded organelles and damaged proteins in cells and transport them to vacuoles for degradation and recycling. Autophagy plays an important role in maintaining plant growth and resisting biotic and abiotic stresses. At present, studies on plant autophagy mainly focus on the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, whereas research in wheat remains relatively limited. In this review, the research progress of autophagy in wheat has been systematically elaborated from the aspects of function, detection method, regulation mechanism and application prospect, so as to provide theoretical support for the screening and identification of eminent wheat germplasm resources and variety breeding. |
