| NAC(NAM/ATAF/CUC)转录因子是一个大型的植物特异性转录因子家族,由高度保守的N端和多变的C端组成,参与多种生物学过程并调控植物的各种性状。本文总结了近年来小麦NAC转录因子的研究进展,系统概述了其在小麦生长发育和环境适应中的生物学功能,主要涉及根系生长、叶片衰老、籽粒发育以及生物和非生物胁迫响应等方面,以期丰富NAC转录因子的调控网络,为小麦的产量和品质改良以及分子育种提供理论依据。 |

| NAC(NAM/ATAF/CUC) transcription factors are a large family of plant-specific transcription factors, consisting of highly conserved N-terminus and variable C-terminus. They are involved in a variety of biological processes and can regulate various plant traits. In this paper, the research progresses of NAC transcription factors in wheat in recent years were summarized, and their biological functions in wheat growth and environmental adaptation were systematically reviewed, mainly involving root growth, leaf senescence, grain development, and biotic and abiotic stress response. The result can enrich the regulatory network of NAC transcription factors, and provide theoretical basis for yield and quality improvement and molecular breeding in wheat. |
