      为给成都平原饲用燕麦育种提供参考,对179份燕麦种质14个主要农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析,并对其中10个数量性状进行聚类分析及主成分分析。结果表明,供试燕麦种质的遗传多样性指数较高,旗叶长遗传多样性指数最大(2.10);分蘖数变异系数最高(33.41%)。通过对10个数量性状的聚类分析,将179份燕麦种质分成5大类群。类群Ⅰ可作为选育籽实目标为主的优秀亲本材料;类群Ⅱ适合用作选育强分蘖的亲本材料;类群Ⅲ优良性状不显著;类群Ⅳ各性状表现一般;类群Ⅴ适合用作选育多目标性状的优秀亲本材料。经主成分分析,10个数量性状中5个主成分累计贡献率为84.57%,第1主成分反映饲草养分组成,第2、第3主成分反映叶片形态特征,第4主成分反映分蘖,第5主成分反映株高。综合来看,燕麦种质CF002393、CF003690、CF014719和CF003691可作为成都燕麦品种选育的改良亲本,有利于加快成都平原地区的燕麦育种进程。

      To provide key data for feeding oat breeding in Chengdu plain, the genetic diversity of agronomic traits of 179 oat germplasm accessions were objectivly evaluated in this research. 14 agronomic traits were evaluated, a morphological diversity index was calculated for each of them. The cluster and principal component analyses were performed for 10 selected quantitative traits among them. It was found that the trait with the highest genetic diversity index was length of flag leaf(H′=2.04), and the highest coefficient of variation(33.41%) was for vegetative tiller number. Cluster analysis divided the 179 oat germplasm accessions into five major groups. Group Ⅰ would provide excellent parent material for breeding seed varieties. Group Ⅱ was with potential for breeding high for tillering ability. Group Ⅲ was without obvious beneficial traits. The characters of group Ⅳ were general. Group Ⅴ was considered to provide excellent parent material for breeding projects involving multiple target traits. The principal component analysis reduced the 10 analyzed traits to 5 principal components which cumulatively explained 84.57% of the data variation. The first principal component was closely related to nutrient composition of forage grass. The second and the third principal component mainly reflected the leaf morphological characteristics. The fourth principal component mainly reflected tiller. The fifth principal component mainly reflected height. Tin summary, the 179 evaluated oat germplasm accessions introduced to Chengdu plain, have wide genetic diversity. Multivariate evaluation of measured traits indicated that accessions CF002393, CF003690, CF014719 and CF003691 can be used as parents to improve local oat varieties.
