      为明确施磷对小麦小花发育过程中耐旱性的调控效应,通过盆栽试验,以多穗型品种豫麦49-198(V1)和大穗型品种周麦22(V2)为材料,设置重度干旱(田间持水量的35%~45%,W0)和正常水分(田间持水量的75%~85%,W1)两种土壤水分条件,以及不施磷(P0)和施磷0.134 g P2O5·kg-1(P1)两种供磷水平,研究施磷对小麦小花发育过程中可孕小花数和穗粒数以及旗叶光合特性、渗透调节和抗氧化性的影响。结果表明,与W1相比,W0条件下两个小麦品种的可孕小花数和穗粒数均显著减少,旗叶叶绿素含量(SPAD)、净光合速率(Pn)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)以及植株磷含量均显著降低,旗叶可溶性蛋白(SP)、脯氨酸(PRO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著升高。与P0相比,P1显著增加两个小麦品种的可孕小花数和穗粒数,V1的可孕小花数和穗粒数增幅分别为5.74%~22.99%、9.90%~17.48%,V2的增幅分别为12.16%~15.63%、7.61%~27.45%;P1可增加旗叶SPAD、PnFv/Fm、SP和PRO含量以及SOD和CAT活性,降低MDA含量,在W0条件下与P0差异显著,且施磷对V2的调控效应大于V1。这说明施磷显著增强小麦植株对干旱胁迫的耐性,提高光合能力,为可孕小花形成及发育成粒提供了充足的营养保障,进而实现增粒稳产,且对大穗型品种的调控效应优于多穗型品种。

      To clarify the regulatory effects of phosphorus application on drought tolerance during the development of wheat floret, a multi-spike variety Yumai 49-198(V1) and a large-spike variety Zhoumai 22(V2) were used as experimental materials. A pot experiment was conducted under two soil water conditions: severe drought(35%-45% of field capacity, W0) and normal moisture(75%-85% of field capacity, W1), and two phosphorus application levels(no phosphorus application, P0; 0.134 g·kg-1 phosphorus application, P1). The effects of phosphorus application on the number of fertile florets and grain number per spike during wheat floret development, as well as the photosynthetic characteristics, osmotic regulation, and antioxidant system of the flag leaf were investigated. The results showed that compared with W1, the number of fertile florets and grains per spike in the two wheat varieties under W0 condition were significantly reduced; the relative chlorophyll content (SPAD), net photosynthetic rate(Pn), maximum quantum efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm) of flag leaf, and plant phosphorus content decreased significantly; the content of soluble protein(SP), proline(PRO), and malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in the flag leaf were significantly increased. Compared with P0, P1 significantly increased the number of fertile florets and grain number per spike of the two varieties, with an increase rate of 5.74%-22.99%, 9.90%-17.48% for V1 and 12.16%-15.63%, 7.61%-27.45% for V2, respectively; P1 effectively increased the SPAD, Pn, Fv/Fm, SP content, PRO content, SOD and CAT activities in flag leaf, and decreased the MDA of flag leaf. The differences were significant under W0 condition, and the regulatory effect on V2 was greater than that on V1. In this study, phosphorus application significantly enhanced the drought tolerance of wheat plants, improved the photosynthetic assimilation, provided sufficient nutritional security for the formation and development of fertile florets into grains, thus achieving stable yield with increased grains, and the regulatory effect of which on the large-spike variety was higher than that of the multi-spike variety.
