| 小麦种质资源是小麦新品种培育的重要基础。以平顶山地区40份小麦种质为材料,利用SSR分子标记对其遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,引物多态性条带百分比介于35%~100%之间,平均为74.5%,29对SSR引物共扩增出164个多态性条带,单对SSR引物平均扩增5.60个,SSR引物有效等位基因数、Neis基因多样性指数和Shannons信息指数变化范围分别为1.17~1.66、0.11~0.38和0.17~0.55,平均值分别为 1.43、0.26和0.39。不同小麦种质间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.55~0.98,平均为0.77。基于遗传相似系数将40份小麦资源聚类为5个类群,第I类群包含3个小麦种质,第Ⅱ类包含11个小麦种质,第Ⅲ类群有5个小麦种质,第Ⅳ类群有3个小麦种质,第Ⅴ类群包含的小麦种质数最多,共有18个,占参试种质数量的45.0%。主成分分析结果与聚类分析结果基本一致。同时,利用SSR标记构建了40个小麦种质的DNA指纹图谱。 |

| Wheat germplasms are the important foundation for wheat breeding. In this study, the genetic diversity was analyzed for 40 wheat germplasms from Pingdingshan region using SSR molecular markers. Results showed that the percentage of polymorphic bands for SSR primers ranges from 35% to 100%, with an average of 74.5%. A total of 164 polymorphic bands were obtained by 29 pairs of SSR primers, with an average of 5.60 bands for a single pair of SSR primers. The effective number of alleles, Nei’s gene diversity index, and Shannons information index of SSR primers ranged from 1.17 to 1.66, from 0.11 to 0.38, and from 0.17 to 0.55, respectively, with the average values of 1.43, 0.26, and 0.39, respectively. The genetic similarity coefficient between different wheat germplasms is distributed between 0.55 and 0.98, with an average of 0.77. Based on the genetic similarity coefficient, the 40 wheat germplasms can be divided into five groups. Of them, group I contained three wheat germplasms; group Ⅱ contained eleven wheat germplasms; group Ⅲ contained five wheat germplasms; and group IV contained three wheat germplasms. Group Ⅴ contained the largest number(eighteen) of wheat germplasms, accounting for 45.0% of the total wheat germplasms. The result of principal component analysis was basically consistent with the results of cluster analysis. In addition, DNA fingerprints of the 40 wheat germplasms were constructed with SSR primers. |
