| L-香芹酮广泛存在于唇形科、伞形科等草本植物中,是一种具有挥发性的单萜类化合物,对常见植物病原菌具有良好的抑菌效果。为进一步明确L-香芹酮对小麦茎基腐病病原菌的熏蒸抑制效果,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了L-香芹酮对小麦茎基腐病4种病原菌的熏蒸抑制活性,观察经L-香芹酮熏蒸处理后假禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium pseudograminearum)菌丝侵染能力及形态变化,探究其抑菌机制。结果表明,L-香芹酮对4种供试小麦茎基腐病病原菌均有较强熏蒸抑制作用,对亚洲镰孢菌(F. asiaticum)、平脐蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)、假禾谷镰菌孢和层出镰孢菌(F. proliferatum)的EC50(对供试病原菌达到50%抑制率时的药剂浓度)分别为2.13、6.12、7.20和19.05 μL·L-1。经L-香芹酮熏蒸处理后假禾谷镰孢菌丝出现畸形、断裂、原生质泄漏等现象,胞外相对电导率明显升高,可达232.07%;核酸和蛋白质泄漏增加,260和280 nm处吸光值分别达到2.20和1.33。PI染色结果显示,经L-香芹酮熏蒸处理后,假禾谷镰孢菌细胞膜完整性被破坏,通透性增强。综合来看,L-香芹酮对小麦茎基腐病菌具有良好的抑菌效果。 |

| L-carvone, a volatile monoterpene compound, widely present in herbaceous plants, such as Labiatae and Umbelliferae, exhibits excellent antifungal effects against common plant pathogens. To further clarify the fumigation antifungal activity of L-carvone on wheat Fusarium crown rot(FCR) pathogens and investigate its inhibitory mechanism, this experiment employed the mycelial growth rate method to determine the fumigation inhibitory activity of L-carvone against four FCR pathogens. The infection ability and morphological changes of Fusarium pseudograminearum mycelium after fumigation with L-carvone were observed and analyzed to explore its antifungal mechanism. The results showed that L-carvone exhibited strong fumigation inhibitory effects on all the tested FCR pathogens; the EC50(the concentration of the agent that achieves a 50% inhibition rate against the tested pathogen) for F. asiaticum, Bipolaris sorokiniana, F. pseudograminearum, and F. proliferatum were 2.13, 6.12, 7.20, and 19.05 μL·L-1, respectively. After fumigation treatment with L-carvone, the hyphae of F. pseudocercosporum exhibited abnormalities, breakage, and leakage of protoplasm, with a significant increase in extracellular relative conductivity, reaching up to 232.07%. Leakage of nucleic acids and proteins increased, with absorbance values at 260 and 280 nm reaching 2.20 and 1.33, respectively. PI staining results indicated that the cell membrane integrity of F. pseudocercosporum was disrupted and permeability was enhanced after fumigation treatment with L-carvone. The study demonstrated that L-carvone had a good control effect on FCR. |
