| 为筛选鉴定四川省甘孜州优异青稞种质资源,以346份采集于甘孜州的青稞资源为材料,基于其15 个农艺性状展开遗传多样性分析与综合品质评价。结果表明,346份青稞材料不同农艺性状变异系数介于7.80%(粒长)~58.05%(种皮颜色)之间,平均变异系数为25.52%。遗传多样性指数介于0.30(卷叶)~2.11(旗叶长),旗叶长、茎秆直径、株高等8个性状遗传多样性指数大于2.0。通过主成分分析提取到的6个主成分累计贡献率为 64.931%,其中与青稞穗型和产量相关的性状贡献率较大。根据综合得分(M值)筛选出排名前 10 的材料分别为HV-13、HV-12、HV-190、HV-193、HV-335、HV-112、HV-322、HV-184、HV-188和HV-232,这些材料具有较高的产量性状(平均千粒重为47.62 g)、较饱满的粒型(平均粒宽为3.79 mm,平均粒长为8.06 mm)和较高的光合效率(平均旗叶宽2.92 cm),综合表现优异。经聚类分析,346份材料被划分为5个类群,其中类群Ⅱ包含的78份材料与其他相比兼具高产和矮秆性状,可为后续青稞育种亲本选择提供优异资源。这说明甘孜州青稞具有较丰富遗传多样性,部分材料综合特征值较优,可用于甘孜青稞优异种质资源的挖掘创制。 |

| In order to screen and identify the excellent highland barley germplasm resources in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, 15 agronomic traits of 346 highland barley resources, collected in Ganzi Prefecture, were analyzed. The statistical results showed that the coefficients of variation for different agronomic traits of these resources ranged from 7.80%(grain length) to 58.05%(seed coat color), with the average of variation 25.52%. The genetic diversity index ranged from 0.30(curled leaf) to 2.11(flag leaf length). The genetic diversity index of 8 traits was greater than 2.0, including flag leaf length, stem diameter and plant height. The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the six extracted principal components was 64.931%, and the contribution rate of the traits related to the spike type and yield of highland barley was larger. According to the comprehensive score(M value), the top 10 materials were HV-13, HV-12, HV-190, HV-193, HV-335, HV-112, HV-322, HV-184, HV-188, and HV-232, which had higher yield traits(average 1 000-grain weight of 47.62 g) and plump grain shape(average grain width of 3.79 mm and average grain length of 8.06 mm). The photosynthetic efficiency was high(average flag leaf width was 2.92 cm), and the overall performance was excellent. Cluster analysis showed that the 346 accessions were divided into 5 groups. Among them, 78 materials in group Ⅱ had both high yield and dwarf traits compared with others, which could be used as excellent resources for the subsequent selection of highland barley breeding parents. This study clarified that the highland barley in Ganzi Prefecture has rich genetic diversity, and selected some resources with better comprehensive characteristics, which can provide a theoretical basis for the excavation and creation of excellent germplasm resources of Ganzi highland barley. |
