| 小麦穗发育是一个复杂的形态建成过程,包括生长锥分化、幼穗器官分化、性细胞发育等。该过程不仅受多基因构成的网络调控,还会因外界环境因素(光照、温度、水分和营养供给等)的影响,表现出明显的可塑性。本综述旨在系统梳理和分析当前国内外关于小麦穗发育机制的研究结果,重点探讨小麦小穗分生组织分化和小花发育过程的基因调控特征,以及温度、水分和激素等非生物胁迫对小麦穗发育的影响,以探索小麦穗性状的遗传改良及栽培技术的优化。 |

| The development of wheat spike is a complex morphogenetic process, including the differentiation of growth cones, the differentiation of young spike organs, and the development of sex cells. This process is not only regulated by the network composed of multiple genes, but also influenced by external environmental factors(light, temperature, water, and nutrient supply, etc.), showing obvious plasticity. This review aims to systematically review and analyze the current domestic and foreign research results on the mechanism of wheat spike development, focusing on the gene regulation characteristics of wheat spike meristem differentiation and floret development, as well as the effects of abiotic stresses such as temperature, water, and hormones on wheat spike development, so as to explore the genetic improvement of wheat spike traits and the optimization of cultivation techniques. |
