      种子活力是一个重要的小麦品质相关指标,与小麦种子发芽和穗发芽均有直接关系。为鉴定小麦种子活力相关性状的遗传位点并挖掘其相关候选基因,本研究以163份黄淮麦区小麦品种(系)构成的自然群体为材料,对其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数3个种子活力相关性状进行调查,并结合90K SNP芯片进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明,供试小麦材料的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数存在丰富的变异,变异系数范围为11.81%~25.58%。利用90K SNP芯片共鉴定到196个与3个种子活力性状相关的显著性SNPs,其中67个SNPs可以同时在3个性状中检测到;进一步通过基因表达模式和单倍型分析,推测TraesCS4B02G359600TraesCS4A02G494700可能为调控小麦种子活力的重要候选基因。
英文摘要:
      The germination vigor of wheat seeds is an important indicator of wheat quality, which is directly related to the seed germination and spike germination of wheat. To identify the genetic loci that regulate wheat seed vigor-related traits and explore candidate genes, a natural population consisting of 163 wheat varieties(lines) from the Huang-Huai wheat region was used as experimental materials to investigate three seed vigor-related traits of germination rate, germination potential, and germination index. A genome-wide association study was conducted using a 90K SNP array. The results showed that the seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the tested materials showed a rich variation, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 11.81% to 25.58. A total of 196 significant SNPs were identified that were associated with the three seed vigor-related traits using the 90K SNP array. Among them, 67 SNPs can be detected simultaneously for all the three traits. Through gene expression pattern and haplotype analyses, it was speculated that TraesCS4B02G359600 and TraesCS4A02G494700 may be important genes regulating wheat seed vigor.
