      为了明确湖北地区品种抗秆锈性及品种所含抗病基因,选用小麦秆锈菌优势小种34MKGQM和21C3CTHQM,对从该区域征集的21份小麦品种进行了苗期和成株期抗秆锈性评价,并利用与抗秆锈病基因Sr25Sr26Sr31Sr38等紧密连锁的分子标记进行了检测。结果表明,在苗期对34MKGQM和21C3CTHQM表现出抗性的分别有9和3份品种,分别占总品种数的42.86%和14.29%;连续2年的田间成株期抗性评价中未发现对34MKGQM和21C3CTHQM表现免疫的品种,仅有在苗期对这2个小种表现抗病的3个品种表现为抗~中抗,其余18个品种对供试小种表现为中感~感病;分子检测结果表明,在21份品种中仅有2份品种含有Sr31,未检测到含有Sr25Sr26Sr38的品种。由此可见,供试的小麦品种对当前中国2个小麦秆锈菌抗性较差,且品种中所含的抗病基因相对较少。
英文摘要:
      In order to clarify the resistance to stem rust and the disease resistant genes contained in the cultivars in this area, 21 wheat cultivars collected from this area were evaluated for their resistance to races at seedling stage and adult plant stage. Molecular markers closely linked to stem rust resistance genes Sr25, Sr26, Sr31, and Sr38 were used for molecular detection. The results showed that nine and three materials were resistant to 34MKGQM and 21C3CTHQM at seedling stage, accounting for 42.86% and 14.29%, respectively. No cultivar was immune to 34MKGQM and 21C3CTHQM in the field resistance evaluation for two consecutive years. Only three wheat cultivars that were resistant to the two races at seedling stage showed resistance-moderate resistance, and the remaining 18 cultivars showed moderate susceptible-susceptible to the tested races. The results of molecular detection showed that only two of the 21 wheat cultivars contain Sr31, and Sr25,Sr26, or Sr38 were not detected in the materials. It can be seen that the tested wheat cultivars have low resistance to the current two races in China, and the cultivars contain relatively few disease resistant genes.
