      盐胁迫是影响小麦出苗和苗期生长的重要限制因子,筛选小麦苗期耐盐性评价指标及种质对小麦耐盐性改良具有重要意义。本研究以236份小麦品种为试验材料,首先选取其中20份品种,设置5个NaCl浓度(0、50、100、150、200 mmol·L-1)处理,筛选出100 mmol·L-1 NaCl为最适的盐胁迫浓度,接着对236份小麦种质群体进行胁迫处理,测定胁迫处理下苗长、第二叶长、最大根长等15个性状,计算综合耐盐指数(D值)进行耐盐性评价。结果表明,在盐胁迫下,所有15个地上部和地下部性状均与对照条件下有显著差异,且除根平均直径和叶绿素含量外,其余性状的耐盐指数均值小于1。对各性状耐盐指数的隶属函数值进行主成分分析,将15个性状归纳为6个成分,累计贡献率达82.718%。根据综合耐盐指数进行聚类分析,将236份小麦种质聚为5类,其中豫农416和陇鉴19为极端耐盐品种。各指标耐盐指数与综合耐盐指数的相关性分析表明,根总表面积、根总长度、根鲜重与D值相关性最高,可作为苗期评价耐盐性的主要指标。

      Salinity is an important limiting factor affecting wheat emergence and seedling growth. It is of great significance to screen salt tolerance indicators and germplasm at seedling stage for improving salt tolerance of wheat. In this study, 20 wheat varieties were treated with five NaCl concentrations(0, 50, 100, 150, and 200 mmol·L-1), and the optimal salt concentration of 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl was used for evaluating 236 wheat materials, by measuring 15 parameters such as shoot length, second leaf length, maximum root length, etc. The comprehensive salt tolerance index(D value) was calculated to evaluate salt tolerance. Results showed that under salt stress, all 15 aboveground and underground traits were significantly different from control conditions and the salt tolerance index was less than 1 for all traits except for average root diameter and chlorophyll content. Principal component analysis was performed on the salt tolerance index of each trait, and the 15 traits were summarized into 6 components, with the cumulative contribution rate of 82.718%. According to the comprehensive salt tolerance index, the 236 wheat accessions were clustered into 5 categories, among which Yunong 416 and Longjian 19 were extremely salt tolerant. The correlation analysis between salt tolerance index of each index and comprehensive salt tolerance index showed that total root surface area, total root length, and root fresh weight had the highest correlation with D value, which can be used as the main indicators to evaluate salt tolerance at the seedling stage.
