In order to understand the control effects of different biotanical fungicides against Fursarium crown rot of wheat, the inhibitory activities in laboratory of 14 botanical fungicides against Fusarium pseudograminearum were determined by mycelium growth rate method, and eight fungicides with higher inhibitory activities were screened for pot disease control experiment. The results showed that magnolol, carvacrol, oregano oil, cnidiadin, eugenol, resveratrol, allicin, and menthol had high antibacterial activities against F. pseudograminearum, with EC50 values up to 4.53, 17.55, 24.30, 32.78, 37.42, 47.40, 77.45, and 80.56 μg·mL-1, respectively. Carvacrol and menthol had the best control effect on Fursarium crown rot of wheat, both of which were 82.6%. The control effects of oregano oil, honokiol, osthol, and resveratrol on Fursarium crown rot were 78.0%, 75.5%, 75.5% and 72.5%, respectively. Eugenol showed the weakest effect on Fursarium crown rot(66.4%). It was suggested the eiight plant fungicides of carvacrol, menthol, oregano oil, honokiol, cnidiadin and resveratrol had good control effects against Fursarium crow rot, and could be used to control the wheat disease. |
