抽穗期是小麦生长发育过程中的主要农艺性状之一,而春化作用和光周期反应是决定小麦抽穗期的重要因素。本文首先对小麦抽穗期遗传研究进展进行综述,对已定位到的参与春化作用和光周期反应的相关基因及其他调控抽穗期的位点进行分析,并归纳抽穗期相关基因的遗传调控网络;然后讨论了小麦抽穗期相关基因对小麦产量的影响,以期通过现代生物学技术,并结合各个学科的相关理论知识,为小麦抽穗期遗传研究提供参考信息,进而提高小麦产量。 |

Heading stage is one of the main agronomic traits during the wheat growing period. Vernalization and photoperiodic reaction are important factors to determine heading stage in common wheat. This paper first summarized the progress of the genetic characterization of heading stage in common wheat, analyzed the localization of genes involved in vernalization and photoperiodic reaction and other sites regulating heading stage, and summarized the genetic regulatory network of genes related to heading stage. We also discussed the effects of genes related to heading stage on wheat yield. This review aimed to provide a reference information for progress in wheat genetic research and boost wheat production by combining modern biological technology with relevant theoretical understanding from many fields. |
