| Jianghuai region is one of the important wheat production areas in China. In order to clarify the occurrence of Alopecurus japonicas resistance,whole-plant bioassay was used to test the resistance level of 10 populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl in this region. The differences of ACCase CT gene fragments between highly resistant population(AH-40,JS-19),moderately resistant population(AH-41,JS-20) and sensitive population(AH-7) were amplified and compared, and the synergistic effects of GSTs and P450s enzyme inhibitors on speroxazolyl and the resistance of the four resistant populations to eight herbicides were determined. The results showed that the populations with high level resistance accounted for 50% of the total population, with resistance index ranging from 13.14 to 18.54; the sequencing results revealed that no mutations at the loci were reported to cause resistance to the target were found in any of the four populations. The AH-40 showed significant increase in susceptibility to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl after the application of metabolizing enzyme inhibitors of GSTs(tridiphane, cyanuric chloride,NBD-Cl) and P450s(PBO,malathion),with synergism ratio of 1.68,1.68,2.45,1.64 and 2.03. The GR50 of the JS-19 population was reduced by the application of GSTs enzyme inhibitors(tridiphane, cyanuric chloride,NBD-Cl) with multiplicative effects of 1.71,1.94,1.71,and no significant synergistic effect of the test enzyme inhibitors was made on the other resistant populations. All four tested resistant populations showed high levels of cross-resistance to clodinafop- propargyl and mesosulfuron-methyl,AH-41,JS-19 to high-efficiency haloxyfop-R-methyl,and JS-20 to sethoxydim. The tested populations were susceptible to pinoxaden,pyroxsulam,flucarbazone-sodium,and isoproterenol, isoproturon. |
