      为明确小麦抗感品种间作和混种对白粉病的防控效果,2018-2019年,在农业部太原作物有害生物科学观测实验站,利用近免疫品种晋麦104号与感病品种晋麦86号进行了间作和混种防控白粉病的研究。结果表明,小麦抗、感品种间作、混种可以降低感病品种晋麦86号对白粉病的严重度。与单作区相比,间作区感病品种的旗叶、倒二叶、倒三叶的严重度降低率分别为8.35%、24.69%、20.11%,其中倒二叶的差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。抗、感品种间作对感病品种旗叶、倒二叶、倒三叶白粉病的相对防效分别为34.14%、44.79%、32.97%。抗感品种按抗∶感比1∶1、2∶1、1∶2(m∶m)混种较单作感病品种(0∶1),均降低了旗叶、倒二叶、倒三叶的严重度,最终相对防效分别为30.25%~74.49%、41.96%~64.67%、36.39%~ 53.69%。其中倒二叶的相对防效差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。抗、感混种比例2∶1较1∶2均降低了旗叶、倒二叶、倒三叶的严重度。

      In order to determine the control effect of wheat resistant and susceptible cultivars intercropping and mixed-cropping on powdery mildew in Shanxi province, the near immune variety Jinmai 104 and the susceptible variety Jinmai 86 were used to study the control effect at the Crop Pest Scientific Observation and Experiment Station in Taiyuan, Ministry of Agriculture in 2018-2019. The results showed that inter-and mixed-cropping of resistant and susceptible wheat cultivars can reduce disease severity(DS) of the susceptible wheat Jinmai 86.Comparisions of inter-cropping and mono-cropping plots indicated that the DS of flag leaf, second leaf and third leaf of the susceptible cultivars in intercropping area were reduced by 8.35%, 24.69% and 20.11%, respectively, of which the difference of second leaf was significant(P<0.05). Relative control effect of resistant and susceptible wheat cultivars against wheat powdery mildew on flag leaf, second leaf and third leaf was 34.14%,44.79% and 32.97%, respectively, compared to those of mono-cropping plots. The investigations at two time points in this study showed that DS of wheat powdery mildew on flag leaf, second leaf and third leaf in mixed-cropping plots at a ratio of 1∶1, 2∶1, and 1∶2 of resistant and susceptible wheat cultivars decreased than those of mono-cropping plots. The final relative control effect was 30.25%-74.49%, 41.96%-64.67% and 36.39%-53.69%, respectively for the ratios. Analysis of variance showed significant difference(P<0.01)in the final DS on second leaf in mixed-cropping plots at those ratios. The final DS on flag leaf, second leaf and third leaf in mixed-cropping plots at a ratio of 2∶1 decreased, compared to that of 1∶2.
