      长链酰基辅酶A合成酶(long-chain acyl-coenzyme A synthetase,LACS)在脂肪酸代谢、角质层角质和蜡的合成中发挥着重要作用。为研究小麦中LACS基因的特征,以中国春为材料,进行全基因组鉴定和分析。结果共鉴定出148个小麦LACS基因(TaLACS),不均匀分布于21条染色体上,且有成簇分布的现象,编码蛋白大部分为中性、亲水的水溶性蛋白,性质稳定。系统进化分析结果显示,148个TaLACS基因聚为6组,有55对旁系同源基因。表达谱分析表明,TaLACS基因在不同组织和逆境胁迫下存在明显的差异表达,说明TaLACS基因具有组织特异性,在抗低温、干旱和赤霉病过程中TaLACS基因发挥重要作用。该家族中含有响应低温、干旱和脱落酸元件的基因分别占34.9%、46.0%和85.8%,揭示TaLACS基因参与生物胁迫和非生物胁迫过程。

      Long-chain acyl-coenzyme A synthetase(LACS) plays an important role in fatty acid metabolism,cutin and wax synthesis in stratum corneum. In order to study the characteristics of the LACS gene in wheat,the whole genome identification and analysis of LACS gene family in Chinese Spring were carried out. A total of 148 wheat LACS genes(TaLACS) were identified,which were unevenly distributed on 21 chromosomes and clustered. Most of the proteins encoded were neutral,hydrophilic and water soluble proteins with stable properties. The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that 148 TaLACS genes were clustered into six groups,with 55 pairs of paralogous genes.The expression profiles analysis demonstrated that TaLACS genes were expressed differentially in different tissues and under different stresses,indicating that TaLACS genes specifically expressed in different tissues and played an important role in the process of resistance to cold,drought and scab. The genes in this family containing the cis acting elements that responsed to low temperature,drought and ABA regulation accounted for 34.9%,46.0% and 85.8%,respectively,revealing that TaLACS genes are involved in biotic and abiotic stress processes.
