| In order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the integrated development of the wheat industry chain, the current study comprehensively analyzed the present situation and problems of wheat industrial development from the aspects of wheat production, processing and consumption, and proposed that quality recognition is the basis of industrial integration.The main reason for the disconnected and low degree of the wheat industrial chain is the inconsistent demand for wheat quality or the non-relevance of benefits in the upstream and downstream of the wheat industrial chain.Therefore, the key to promote the structural adjustment of the wheat industry in China and the integrated development of the wheat whole industrial chain is to establish a comprehensive and systematic quality evaluation system.Furthermore, the paper also analyzed the specific requirements for wheat quality from the links of planting, purchasing, storing, milling, food processing and consuming, and based on this, the comprehensive evaluation system of wheat quality is proposed, which integrates the quality indices of agronomy, quantity, nutrition, goods, processing, and food from every segment of whole industrial chain will be taken into accounts in each level. |
