      为探究BS型二系杂交小麦及F型三系杂交小麦亲本配合力和遗传率,以BS型不育系BS366和F型不育系FA-101以及16个恢复系为亲本,采用不完全双列杂交(NCII)模式分析了14个杂交组合的7个主要农艺性状的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)及与杂种优势的关系。结果表明,影响BS366和FA-101组合产量的主要因素的顺序不一致; BS366/济麦12、BS366/凤麦24、BS366/07品151-80和FA-101/川麦21等4个组合的单株粒重超对照优势大于12%,且株高低于对照,绵阳35和凤麦24可作为优良父本使用;杂种优势超对照值与其父本GCA值、组合SCA值具有较高的相关性,且与GCA的相关性要大于与SCA的相关性,但父本GCA值与组合SCA值几乎无相关性; BS366和FA-101两个不育系各性状的一般配合力不同,而且具有相同父本的两组不育系组合的杂种优势趋势、规律以及特殊配合力效应值大多存在差异,因此利用BS和FA两种不育系选育杂交种的策略有所不同。

      In order to explore the combining ability and heritability of the parents of two BS-type lines and three F-type lines for hybrid wheat, the general combining ability(GCA) and special combining ability(SCA) effect of seven main agronomic traits, and their relationship with heterosis were analyzed using incomplete double-row hybridization design(NCⅡ), with two different type sterile lines BS366 and FA-101, and 16 restorer lines as parental materials. The results showed that the orders of the main factors affecting hybrid wheat yield were between BS366 hybrids and FA-101 hybrids.Four suitable hybrid combinations were selected, including BS/Jingmai 12, BS/Fengmai 24, BS/07 pin 151-80 and FA/Chuanmai 21, with their grain weight increased by 12% and plant height lower than those of the control. In addition, Mianyang 35 and Fengmai 24 can be used as excellent male parents in combination with other sterile lines. The heterosis of the four combinations had a high correlation with their GCA value and SCA value, but the GCA value of the male parent was higher than that of the SCA. There was almost no correlation with SCA value of the combination; the general combining ability of the two sterile lines BS366 and FA-101 was different, and the heterosis trend, rule and special combining ability effect value of the two groups of sterile lines with the same male parent were mostly different. Thus, the strategies of breeding hybrid by using the two sterile lines BS and FA are suggested to be different.
