      为获得农艺性状较好且抗赤霉病的种质资源、加快小麦抗赤霉病育种进程,以禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)菌株F15为致病菌,分别以苏麦3号与09X15作为抗病与感病对照,于2015-2017年对收集自南京农业大学等7个研究单位的45个小麦材料进行了大田赤霉病抗性鉴定与农艺性状调查,利用分子标记检测小麦种质所携带的 Fhb1基因。结果表明,在用微量移液器进行单花滴注接种鉴定的三年试验中,NMAS001、苏麦3号、P48等13个小麦材料至少有两年表现抗病。利用抗赤霉病主效QTL的SSR标记Xgwm493、 Xgwm533和Xbarc147对45个小麦材料进行 Fhb1基因的分子检测表明,苏麦3号、NMAS020、苏夫等20个小麦材料含有 Fhb1基因。抗赤霉病小麦材料一般主要农艺性状如株高、穗粒数、千粒重等表现不良;15HN018、15HN200和宁麦9号的抗赤霉性和农艺性状均较好。

      In order to obtain Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistant germplasm resources with good agronomic traits and accelerate the process of breeding wheat varieties resistant to FHB, this study evaluated the FHB resistance and agronomic traits of 45 wheat germplasm collected from seven research institutes, including Nanjing Agricultural University from 2015 to 2017 using the isolate F15 of Fusarium graminearum Schw. the causal pathogen of FHB in field. The present study also detected Fhb1 gene in the wheat germplasm by molecular markers. In this study, Sumai 3 and 09X15 were used as disease resistant and susceptible control, respectively. The results showed that there are 13 wheat germplasm, such as NMAS001, Sumai 3 and P48, were resistant to FHB in field tests of two years or more through inoculation method of single floret injection with a micro liquid remover. Twenty wheat germplasm, including NMAS020, Sumai 3 and Sufu, carried the Fhb1 gene based on molecular detection of the 45 wheat germplasm using three SSR markers,Xgwm493,Xgwm533 and Xbarc147,linked to Fhb1 that is the major QTL of wheat resistance to FHB. The resistant wheat germplasm performed poorly in important agronomic traits, such as plant height, grains number per spike and thousand grain weight. Three wheat germplasm, 15HN008, 15HN200 and Ningmai 9, possessed high level of resistance to FHB and good agronomic traits.
