      为明确两株生防菌FO47、153对小麦生长发育和产量的影响,以小麦材料西农979、小偃15、S01(6)-19为材料,采取室内盆栽试验和大田试验相结合的方法,测定了两株生防菌发酵液处理对麦苗的促生作用,于拔节期、孕穗期测定了不同小麦材料的分蘖数、株高、主根长度、叶面积等形态指标和叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、根系活力等生理指标,并于收获期测定产量。结果表明,两株生防菌FO47和153处理后对拔节期和孕穗期小麦材料均具有明显的促生作用,并具有良好的增产效果。与对照相比,生防菌153和FO47对西农979、小偃15和S01(6)-19的增产效果分别为9.60%、10.58%、7.90%和8.38%、9.17%和4.40%。生防菌FO47、153对小麦有良好的促生、增产作用,具有很好的开发应用前景。

      In order to explore the growth and yield effect of two biocontrol strains FO47 and 153 on wheat,three wheat materials Xinong 979,Xiaoyan 15 and S01(6)-19 were used in the experiment. With the method of pot trials combined with field experiment,the effect on wheat seedlings was tested by dressing of fermentation liquid in the greenhouse. In the field,the fermentation liquid of biocontrol bacteria FO47 and 153 were used after sowing. Then the morphological indices,including the number of tillers per plant,plant height,length of main root and leaf area and some basic physiological indices,including chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,root activity were tested at jointing stage and booting stage. The yield of wheat were measured at harvest. The results showed that two strains of biocontrol bacteria FO47 and 153 had obvious promoting effect on wheat at different growth stages,and had good effect on increasing yield.Compared with the control group,the effects of 153 on the yield of Xinong 979,Xiaoyan 15 and S01(6)-19 were increased by 9.60%,10.58% and 7.90%,and the effects of FO47 on the yield of the three wheat varieties were increased by 8.38%,9.17% and 4.40%,respectively. Results of the above research suggested that FO47 and 153 had good effect of growth promoting on wheat and had good application prospect in biological fertilizer and biocontrol agent.
