      为给小麦遗传育种中产量性状改良提供参考,利用相关性分析和植物数量性状主效基因与微效多基因混合遗传模型对(宁麦9号×镇麦168)F2代162个单株的有效穗数、株高、穗长、总小穗数、穗粒数以及单株粒重进行了联合分离分析。结果表明,该群体农艺性状均属于受多基因控制的数量性状,其中有效穗数和单株粒重仅受微效多基因调控,株高和总小穗数符合“两对加性-显性-上位性主基因”+“加性-显性多基因”混合遗传,而穗长和穗粒数则符合“两对加性主基因”+“加性-显性多基因”混合遗传。株高、穗长和总小穗数3个性状的主基因遗传力分别为64.98%、51.22%和47.12%,可能存在效应较大的QTL。
英文摘要:
      In order to provide reference for yield improvement in wheat breeding, genetic segregation analysis on effective panicle, plant height, spike length, total spike number, kernel number and grain weight per plant was conducted on the 162 individuals of the F2 population derived from Ningmai 9 × Zhenmai 168 using correlation analysis and major gene-polygene mixed inheritance model in this paper. The results showed that all agronomic characters were controlled by polygenes. The trait of effective panicle and grain weight per plant were controlled only by polygenes, and the trait of plant height and total spike number were controlled by two major genes with additive-dominant-epistatic effects and polygenes with additive-dominant effects. However, the traits of spike length and kernel number in this population were controlled by major genes with additive effects plus dominant-epistatic effects. The heritability of major genes of plant height, spike length and total spike number were 64.98%, 51.22% and 47.12%, respectively, which may be controlled by major QTLs.
