      为明确喷灌对旱作小麦产量及品质的影响,试验以中麦175为材料,在小麦越冬期和拔节期进行喷灌处理,比较了喷灌处理与对照(未喷灌)间小麦产量、水分利用效率、光合特性及品质的差异。结果表明,越冬期和拔节期喷灌均能显著提高小麦产量,产量增幅为9.7%~36.3%,其中越冬期喷灌24 mm+拔节期喷灌24 mm处理增产效果最好。喷灌显著增加了穗数、穗粒数和千粒重。喷灌对小麦品质也有一定的影响,显著增加了籽粒硬度、吸水率、最大拉伸面积和沉降值,但对蛋白质含量、稳定时间等其他指标影响较小。说明合理的喷灌可在一定程度上增加旱地产量和改善品质。
英文摘要:
      To investigate the effects of sprinkling irrigation at different growth stages on the yield and grain quality of dry-land wheat, Zhongmai 175 was used as material in the experiment. Water use efficiency, photosynthetic characteristics and grain quality were measured under the sprinkling irrigation at wintering and jointing stages, with no sprinkling irrigation as control. The results showed sprinkling irrigation at wintering and jointing stages could significantly increase wheat yield by 9.7% to 36.3%, and the highest yield was obtained under the treatment of 24 mm sprinkling irrigation at both wintering and jointing stages. Sprinkling irrigation significantly increased the number of ears, grain number per spike and thousand kernel weight. Irrigation had significant effect on the quality of wheat. The grain hardness, water absorption, maximum tensile area and sedimentation value were increased significantly.But the protein content, stability time and other indicators were less influenced. Sprinkling irrigation could improve some quality indices to some extent.
