      为了解春小麦抗条锈性遗传规律,采用7个条锈菌生理小种(菌系)对4个春小麦优质种质进行了温室苗期抗条锈性评价,并在大田进行成株期抗病性评价,对苗期表现抗病的条锈菌小种进行苗期抗条锈性基因遗传分析。结果表明,4个春小麦种质对不同小种的抗性不尽相同,均全生育期抗条锈病,其中XM000002的抗性最强,苗期对所测的7个生理小种(菌系)均表现近免疫或高抗,成株期表现近免疫。遗传分析结果表明, YJ011784苗期对小种CYR33和CYR23表现近免疫的抗性都由一显一隐两对基因独立作用,对CYR27和CYR25的抗性由一对显性基因独立作用。YJ003443对CYR32的抗性由两对隐性基因共同作用,对CYR25和CYR23的抗性均由两对隐性基因独立作用。XM000622对CYR27和CYR25的抗性均由两对隐性基因独立作用,对CYR23的抗性由一对隐性基因独立作用;XM000002对CYR33和CYR25的抗性都由一对显性基因独立作用,对CYR32的抗性由两对隐性基因独立作用,对Sun11-4的抗性由一显一隐两对基因共同作用,对Sun11-6的抗性由一对隐性基因独立作用,对CYR27和CYR23的抗性都由一显一隐两对基因独立作用。

      In order to study on the stripe rust resistance hereditary rule of spring wheat, seven dominant races(or single spore strain) of Puccinia striiforms f. sp. tritici prevalent in China were used to evaluate stripe rust resistance of four spring wheat germplasm resources at seedling stage in greenhouse conditions, and resistance at adult stage was evaluate in field. Then, genetic analysis of stripe rust resistance gene was conducted on these spring wheat germplasm resources.Results showed that:the resistance of one germplasm resource to different races is different; the resistance spectrum of each germplasm resource is different; and all four germplasm resources showed all stage stripe rust resistance. The spring wheat germplasm resource XM000002 showed highly resistance or nearly immune to all seven races at seedling stage and showed near immune at adult stage. Result of genetic analysis showed that:YJ011784 contains one dominant and one recessive gene conferring to CYR33 and CYR23 independently, and contains one dominant gene conferring to CYR27 and CYR25; the resistance of YJ003443 to CYR32 are controlled by two complementary recessive genes, and that to CYR27 and CYR25 are both controlled by two recessive genes independently; in XM000622, two recessive genes confer to CYR27 and CYR25 independently, and one dominant gene confers to CYR23. In XM000002, one dominant gene confers to both CYR33 and CYR25, two recessive genes confer to CYR32. The resistance of XM000002 to Sun11-4 is controlled by one dominant gene and one recessive gene complementary, and that to Sun11-6 is controlled by one recessive gene, and the resistance to CYR27 and CYR23 are both controlled by one dominant gene and one recessive gene independently.
