In order to improve the matching probability of high vigor advantage combination in wheat seed. According to Griffing Ⅱ method,complete diallel crossing was designed using 6 wheat cultivars,Tianmai 535(P1),Xinmai 23(P2),Xiannong 1(P3),Xinong 889(P4),Xiaoyan 22(P5)and Zhoumai 18(P6),whose seed vigor were evidently different,compounded 15 cross combinations,germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vigor index and electrical conductivity,5 characters were determined,Their combining ability and genetic parameter analyzed.The main results were as follows,different genotypes of wheat seed vigor traits existed significantly difference. The better parents of GCA was P6,P5 and P4; The better combinations of SCA was P2×P5,P3×P5,P3×P6 and P4×P5; The better combinations of TCA was P3×P5,P3×P6,P4×P5,P4×P6 and P5×P6,TCA could provides a theoretical reference for evaluation high vigor cross combinations. Germination potential,germination index and vigor index by additive effects,so it should be selected in early generation; germination rate and electrical conductivity by non-additive effects,should be selected later. |
