      为了解长江中下游麦区大田栽培措施对软红冬小麦品质的影响,以宁麦9号和宁麦14为试材,于2010-2012年度研究了播期、密度和氮肥管理对小麦蛋白质含量、吹泡仪参数和糖酥饼干直径的效应。结果表明,气象条件对小麦品质性状影响较大;播期、密度和氮肥管理在不同年度对宁麦9号和宁麦14品质性状的影响不同,播期、密度和氮肥管理间的互作效应较小。2010-2011年度,播期、密度和氮肥管理等栽培措施对两个小麦品种的多数品质性状的效应不显著,仅晚播处理显著提高了宁麦9号的蛋白质含量,降低了宁麦9号和宁麦14的面团延展性。2011-2012年度,高密度和氮肥后移处理未显著影响宁麦9号的饼干直径,但显著提高了面团弹性;晚播、高密度和氮肥后移处理显著提高了宁麦14的面团弹性,降低了其饼干直径。长江中下游麦区现有的常规栽培措施不利于优质弱筋小麦的生产,应加强大面积推广品种的调优栽培技术研究。

      A field experiment was conducted with split-plot design in two successive crop seasons(2010-2011 and 2011-2012) to investigate the effect of cultivation strategies on kernel protein content,alveograph parameters and sugar snap cookie diameter of Ningmai 9 and Ningmai 14,which were two typical soft red winter wheat varieties in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River wheat region. In this experiment,sowing date was placed in the main plot,and seedling rate and nitrogen splitting pattern were treated with two factor random design.The result showed that meterological conditions had a greater influence on the quality of wheat. Sowing date,seedling rate and nitrogen splitting pattern affected the quality traits of both varieties significantly in different crop seasons. The interaction among sowing date,seedling rate,and nitrogen application pattens was not important in determining the quality traits. In the first crop season,cultivation strategies did not significantly affect most of wheat quality traits. Late-sown significantly increased the kernel protein content of Ningmai 9,but decreased dough extensibility in both cultivars. High seedling rate and delayed nitrogen application significantly increased dough tenacity,but did not significantly affect the cookie diameter of Ningmai 9. Late-sown,high seedling rate and delayed nitrogen application significantly increased dough tenacity,but significantly decreased the cookie diameter of Ningmai 14. It is difficult to produce high quality weak gluten wheat in terms of the current cultivation strategies. It is important to conduct detailed investigation about the relationship between cultivation strategies and wheat quality based on popular commercial cultivars.
