      在面临Ug99及其强毒力变异菌株可能侵入我国的高风险下,为筛选和储备新的小麦抗病品种或种质,并了解东北春麦区小麦生产、后备品种对秆锈病的抗性,于2015年用小麦秆锈菌生理小种21C3CTHTM、34C3RTGQM及混合小种对190份国外小麦材料和100份黑龙江省小麦材料进行田间成株期秆锈病抗性鉴定。结果表明,190份国外小麦材料中有169份对所有供试菌种表现出抗性,其中表现免疫的有119份,表现高抗的有50份;100份黑龙江小麦材料中有71份对所有供试菌种表现出抗性,其中表现免疫的有45份,表现高抗的有23份,表现高抗-中抗的有3份。国外小麦材料和黑龙江小麦材料对我国小麦秆锈菌的抗性较高,但仍有部分国外小麦材料和部分黑龙江小麦材料对我国小麦秆锈菌表现出高度感病,这种现象应得到重视。
英文摘要:
      In the face of the invasion possibility of Ug99 and its virulent mutant strains,this study was designed to screen new resistant wheat cultivars or germplasms and assess the resistant level of wheat cultivars or lines to wheat stem rust in Heilongjiang province. The adult resistance of 190 foreign wheat materials and 100 wheat materials from Heilongjiang province were tested with races 21C3CTHTM,34C3RTGQM and mixed races of Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici in 2015. The results indicated that 169 of the 190 foreign wheat materials showed resistance to all the races tested,of which 119 wheat germplasms were immune and 50 germplasms were highly resistant; and among 100 wheat varieties from Heilongjiang,71 varieties showed resistance to all the tested races including 45 varieties with immunity,23 varieties with high resistance and 3 varieties with high-medium resistance. In conclusion,all tested materials have relatively high resistance to races of Pgt in China,but still part of foreign and Heilongjiang wheat materials were found to be highly susceptible. Therefore,this situation should be paid further attention.
