      为了解中国不同地区、不同品种燕麦的主要营养品质状况,收集2013年中国燕麦13个区试点的292份燕麦样品,测定其粗蛋白、粗脂肪和β-葡聚糖含量,并分析不同地区、不同类型燕麦样本间的差异。结果表明,2013年参加区试燕麦品种(系)的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、β-葡聚糖平均含量分别为14.07%、5.81%、3.62%;裸燕麦的营养品质优于皮燕麦;华北、西北、西南生态区样品的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、β-葡聚糖平均含量均有显著差异。华北生态区燕麦样品的营养指标平均值较高;西南生态区样品的粗脂肪平均含量最高,但粗蛋白、β-葡聚糖平均含量最低。不同试点比较,燕麦样品的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、β-葡聚糖平均含量最高的分别是宁夏固原(16.44%)、内蒙古呼和浩特市武川(6.80%)、河北张家口(3.99%);内蒙古乌兰察布试点燕麦样品的综合营养品质较高;大区域种植的品种(系)营养品质较好的分别是内蒙古乌兰察布市的燕2009、坝莜12号、冀品1号,山西大同市的白燕11号,宁夏固原市的坝莜12号。

      To verify the main nutrition characters of oat varieties(lines) in China,292 oat samples were collected from 13 locations in 2013. The contens of the crude protein,lipid and β-glucan were tested and compared among different regions and different types of oat samples. The results show that the average content of crude protein,lipid,β-glucan of 292 oat samples were 14.07%,5.81% and 3.62%,respectively. Nutrition qualities of naked oats are better than that of husk oats. There are significant differences in the average content of crude protein,lipid and β-glucan among the samples in North,Northwest and Southwest of China. The mean values of nutrition characters of samples in North of China are higher than the average level,and the samples in Southwest zone has the highest average lipid content but the lowest average crude protein content and β-glucan. In different locations,the highest average content of crude protein,lipid and β-glucan are 16.44% (Guyuan city,Ningxia),6.80% (Wuchuan county,Inner Mongolia) and 3.99% (Zhangjiakou,Hebei),respectively. Among them,the comprehensive nutrition quality of samples in Ulanchap in Inner Mongolia is higher. The varieties with good nutritional quality planted in the large area are Yan 2009,Bayou 12,and Jipin 1 from Ulanchap,and Baiyan 11 from Datong in Shanxi and Bayou 12 from Guyuan in Ningxia.
