为了筛选适宜甘肃河西走廊种植的优质啤酒大麦品种及种质，通过多年试验，对引进的9份欧洲啤酒大麦进行产量及品质综合评价。结果表明，Scarlett为中早熟品种，其余均为中晚熟品种；总体株高较矮，穗长较短，分蘖成穗数较高，其中Pasadena、KH.LEDI、KH.DAMA和Jubelete成穗数在900万·hm^-2以上，属高分蘖品种；所有品种均出现条纹病，且Pasadena还出现黑穗病；四年平均产量介于8 084.57~8 666.27 kg·hm^-2之间，均较对照甘啤4号减产，但Pasadena和Scarlett减产幅度不大；籽粒品质均达国家优级标准；麦芽水分、蛋白质、β-葡聚糖含量以及糖化力较低，可溶性氮含量、库值、浊度、a-氨基氮含量、pH值、黏度、a-淀粉酶含量较高，5个品种细粉浸出物超过对照，其中KH.LEDI细粉浸出物达82.1%。综上所述，Pasadena和Scarlett可进一步试验示范推广，其他参试品种可作为优质亲本加以利用。

英文摘要:

In order to identify good quality malting barley cultivars and germplasm suitable for planting in Hexi area or Gansu province,through the test for years,yield and quality of nine European malting barleys were analysed.Results show that compared with Ganpi 4,scarlett is an early maturity variety and the rest are medium to late maturity varieties. The overall plant height and ear length of nine testing varieties is shorter, and the tillering ear number is relatively high. Of them,ear number of Pasadena,KH.LEDI,KH.DAMA,and Jubelete are more than 9 million·hm^-2,which belong to high tillering varieties.Stripe disease occurred in all tested varieties. And smut occurred in Pasadena. Compared with Ganpi 4,average yield of four years reduced to 8 084.57 to 8 666.27 kg·hm^-2,but the reduction of Pasadena and Scarlett is slight. The grain quality achieved national premium grade standard,and malt water,malt protein,β-glucan and saccharifying ability are low. However,soluble nitrogen,Kolbach index,turbidity,α-amino nitrogen,pH,viscosity,and α-amylase are higher. Fine powder extract of five varieties is more than that of control. Fine powder extract in KH.LEDI amounted up to 82.1%. Comprehensive analysis shows that Pasadena and Scarlett can be conducted in further experiments and demonstration,and other testing varieties can be used as good parents.
