      为检验谷物籽粒压痕加载曲线法优化改进后对单个谷物籽粒硬度的测定效果,应用改进的压痕加载曲线法对小麦品种西旱2号籽粒各组分(胚、胚乳、麦皮)的硬度进行测定和分析。结果表明,含水率为 15.6% 的小麦籽粒各组分中麦皮硬度最大,硬度值为38.52~42.48 MPa,胚乳硬度次之(21.94~22.76 MPa),胚的硬度最小(10.64~11.96 MPa)。运用有限元法建立小麦籽粒各组分的力学模型,证实改进压痕加载曲线硬度检测方法对小麦籽粒各组分硬度值的测定具有可行性,准确性较高。
英文摘要:
      Hardness measurement of the wheat various components is an important reference for breeding selection and adjustment the milling process. The indentation loading curve method could achieve accurate measurement for different parts of the grain surface and different components of internal grain. This study applied the improved indentation load curve method to measure the hardness of wheat components (embryo,endosperm and bran) of wheat cultivar Xihan 2 under the moisture content of 15.6%,the hardness of bran among various wheat components was the largest,with hardness value ranges of 38.52-42.48 MPa. The hardness of endosperm was between the bran and embryo,with hardness value of 21.94-22.76 MPa. The minimum hardness was observed in embryo,which ranged as 10.64-11.96 MPa. The mechanical model of wheat components was established by the finite element method,and verified the feasibility and accuracy of the hardness measurement of the wheat various components based on the improved indentation loading curve.
