为了解鄂西北地区小麦条锈菌群体的毒性组成及多态性分布,对2013年分离自鄂西北冬繁区的109份小麦条锈菌标样进行了毒性结构分析。结果发现,鄂西北小麦条锈菌毒性结构复杂,109份标样共鉴定出13个已知的生理小种,其中CYR 33及CYR 32出现频率分别为44.95%和38.53%,为当地优势生理小种;其余11个生理小种频率均低于3%;致病型以Hybrid 46和水源11致病类群为主。鄂西北小麦条锈菌毒性多样性水平具有显著差异,在物种水平上,多态性位点百分率为68.42%,Nei’s遗传多样性指数为0.14,香农信息指数为0.24;在群体水平上,丹江口、枣阳点小麦条锈菌的毒性多样性水平最高,多态性位点百分率为57.89%;荆州、潜江点的毒性多样性水平最低,多态性位点百分率为5.26%。被测菌的毒性相似系数在0.94~1.00之间。相似系数阈值在0.95时,12个群体可被分为3个较大的毒性类群。 |

In order to understand the virulence consistence and polymorphism of Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst) in northwestern Hubei province of China (NWH), 109 isolates of Pst were collected from this area in 2013 and the virulence was identified individually using 19 Chinese differential hosts. The results showed that population virulence structure of Pst in NWH presents a quite complicated consitution. All isolates were classified into 13 known phenotypes, of which CYR 32 and CYR 33 were two dominant races, with the ratios of 44.95% and 38.53%, respectively. Other eleven phenotypes, with ratios below 3%, were distinguished into Hybrid 46 group and Suwon11 group. There are significant differences in the population virulence polymorphism levels.Among species, the number of polymorphism were 13 with the percantage of 68.42%. Nei’s gene diversity index (H) and Shannon’s information index (I) was 0.14 and 0.24, respectively, which presented high polymorphism. Among population levels,Pst of Danjiangkou and Zaoyang showed the highest level of virulence diversity.Pst of Jingzhou and Qianjiang showed the lowest level. The clustering analysis presented the similarity coefficient of virulence was 0.94-1.00.Twelve populations could be divided into 3 virulence groups with the similarity coefficient of 0.95. |
