In order to provide reliable basis for the selection of male sterile lines,restorer lines and hybrid combinations in wheat,five isonucleus male sterile lines (K706A,Va706A,Ju706A,C6706A,U706A),maintainer line (706B) and restorer line (6521-2,LK783,1321,223 Yuan-9,9023 Wan,X197,Su 7078 and Su 968,Chinese Spring,WM5-5) were tested as materials,using specific markers and the A-PAGE method for detecting the Gliadin to distinguish 1BL/1RS type and non 1BL/1RS type of wheat.The results showed that Va706A,Ju706A,C6706A,U706A and 706B were homozygous 1BL/1RS; 6521-2,LK783,1321,223 Yuan-9,X197,Su 7078 and Su 968,Chinese Spring,WM5-5 were non-1BL/1RS; K706A,9023 Wan were heterozygous 1BL/1RS.50 hybrids,derived from the crosses between five sterile lines and ten restorer lines,were conducted to study its restoring rates and analyze its correlation and path coefficient of yield.The results showed that among the five sterile lines,K has the easiest restoration of fertility,followed by Ju and U,and C6 is the last one.Among the ten restorer lines,LK783 and Chinese Spring are a group of high restorer lines.However,the amplitude of LK783 is larger,and that of Chinese Spring is small,which indicates that the recovery ability of China Spring is good and stable.Su 968 has lower restoring ability.There are interactive effects between sterile lines and restorer lines. |
