      为了解重金属镉胁迫对小黑麦萌发期的细胞遗传毒害效应,用不同浓度的CdCl2溶液(0、1.0、2.0、 5.0、10.0、25.0 mg·L-1)处理萌发期的小黑麦根尖6、12、24和48 h,观察其对有丝分裂和染色体行为及核仁的影响。结果表明,CdCl2对小黑麦根尖细胞产生了明显的毒害作用。随着CdCl2处理时间的延长和处理浓度的升高,有丝分裂指数逐渐降低,同时诱发了微核和各种染色体畸变的出现,畸变率随处理浓度的升高和处理时间的延长而逐渐提高。当CdCl2浓度大于10 mg·L-1、处理时间长于24 h时,细胞核出现变形,核仁也出现了异常。
英文摘要:
      To study the genetic toxicity of cadmium to the germinating triticale cells,the roots of germinating triticale were treated with different concentration of CdCl2 solution (0, 1, 2, 5,10, 25 mg·L-1) for 6, 12, 24 and 48 h. And then the changes of mitosis, the abnormal behavior of chromosome and nucleolus were observed. The results showed that CdCl2 had obvious toxicity on the root tip cells of triticale. With the prolongation of time and the increase of concentration,the mitotic index decreased gradually,while the micronucleus and a variety of chromosomal aberrations were induced. Chromosome aberration rate increased with the increase of concentration and treatment time. It was found that cadmium can result in nuclei deformation and nucleolus abnormal when cadmium concentration was more than 10 mg· L-1,and the processing time was longer than 24 h.
