      为明确不同抗旱性冬小麦品种灌浆期旗叶的叶绿素荧光特性及其与籽粒产量的关系,在防雨棚控水条件下,测定和分析了干旱胁迫后强抗旱性品种晋麦47、弱抗旱性品种偃展4110和中等抗旱性品种矮抗58旗叶荧光参数、籽粒产量和水分利用效率的变化。结果表明,随着光量子密度(PFD)的增加,冬小麦旗叶实际荧光(F)、表观电子传递速率(ETR)和非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)值逐渐升高,PFD 超过189 μmol·m-2·s-2后,F值基本稳定,而光下最大荧光(F,m)值持续降低,导致其他叶绿素荧光参数改变,PFD在189~1 360 μmol·m-2·s-2F,m变化幅度较大。干旱胁迫降低了小麦旗叶FF,m、实际量子产量(Yield)、ETR、NPQ值。不同品种荧光参数值受干旱胁迫的影响程度不同,偃展4110受影响最大,晋麦47较为稳定。干旱胁迫条件下3个品种的产量差异显著,表现为晋麦47>矮抗58>偃展4110。灌浆中期旗叶主要叶绿素荧光参数与产量间具有显著的相关性,可以作为高产品种筛选的生理指标;而干旱处理与适水处理的F比值、F,m比值则与两种水分条件下的产量比值呈显著正相关,可以作为品种抗旱性鉴定的生理指标。

      In order to clarify the relationship between flag leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and grain yield during the grain filling stage of winter wheat, three different drought tolerance cultivars, including Jinmai 47 with strong resistance, Yanzhan 4110 with weak resistance and Aikang 58 with moderate resistance, were planted at independent pool with rainproof shelter to investigate the effects of drought stress on flag leaf chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics, grain yield and water use efficiency. The results indicated that there were a little change in F values, while continuous decreased in Fm values when the PFD exceeded 189 μmol·m-2·s-2.Therefore, the other chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were varied,especially when PFD fell in between 189 and 1 360 μmol·m-2·s-2.For all of the three cultivars,F, F,m, Yield, ETR and NPQ decreased under drought stress. The responses of chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics to drought stress varied in different wheat cultivars, Yanzhan 4110 showed the greatest impact, while Jinmai 47 did not vary obviously. Under drought stress conditions, the grain yield showed as the order Jinmai 47>Aikang 58>Yanzhan 4110 and the differences were significant. The primary chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flag leaf at middle filling stage were significantly correlated to grain yield at maturity stage, indicating that these parameters could be used as the physiological indicators to detect high-yield variety. Significant positive correlations were also found between the ratios of drought to suitable water of F, F,min the same variety and that of grain yield.Therefore, F and F,mmay be considered as the indices in the selection of drought tolerance wheat cultivars.
