      CI-LD是一份源自硬粒小麦-节节麦的人工合成小麦,其穗发芽抗性好且表现稳定。为了给CI-LD的进一步利用提供参考依据,本研究利用主基因+多基因遗传模型对易穗发芽品种川麦44与CI-LD构建的F1、F2群体和亲本进行联合世代分析和单世代分析,初步明确CI-LD穗发芽抗性主要受2对主基因调控,显性效应明显,同时存在多基因参与调控其抗性表达。
英文摘要:
      Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) is a serious problem in wheat production. Studies on exploration and utilization of new stable resistance genetic resources will be good for improving pre-harvest sprouting resistance in wheat. CI-LD is a synthetic wheat variety which naturally fall into the field at the former harvest season, and grow naturally at the next season. It represented fine resistance to pre-harvest sprouting for years. In this research, F1and F2populations were constructed by crossing a pre-harvest sprouting cultivar Chuanmai 44 and CI-LD. Genetic analysis of pre-harvest sprouting resistance in CI-LD was conducted with the major gene and polygene genetic model. The results preliminary indicated that pre-harvest sprouting resistance is mainly controlled by 2 major genes, while multiple genes are also involved in the regulation of the resistance; the dominant effect of the major genes is obvious.
