      大麦黄花叶病是欧亚冬大麦区的主要病害之一。随着国内外对大麦黄花叶病抗病品种培育的重视,大麦黄花叶病抗性遗传与育种研究也在不断深入。本文综述了国内外大麦黄花叶病病毒株系的分类、病害的发生与传播、抗性遗传、抗病基因的定位以及抗黄花叶病育种等方面的研究进展,同时就大麦黄花叶病遗传育种中存在的一些问题及今后的育种策略进行了探讨,以期为今后我国大麦黄花叶病抗病育种提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Barley yellow mosaic disease is one of the main diseases in winter barley growing area across Asia and Europe,which reduced the yield and grain quality,and seriously threat the development of barley industry. Exploring and breeding new resistant germplasm resources are effective approaches to maintain the sustainable development of barley production against barley yellow mosaic disease.Breeding new resistant lines to barley yellow mosaic disease has been paid more and more attention in the world,and researches on genetics and breeding are becoming deeper. The latest progress on resistance to barley yellow mosaic disease was reviewed in this paper,including cluster of virus isolates,producing and spreading of virus,genetics of resistance,mapping of resistance genes,breeding new resistant lines,etc. Moreover,problems and strategies in breeding programs were discussed,which would provide basis for resistance breeding in the future.
