      为给黄淮地区小麦生产以及小麦抗寒育种提供参考依据,选取黄淮麦区20世纪60年代到2000年以后小麦主推品种40个,以实验室冷冻法结合logistic方程计算小麦的半致死温度(LT50),分析不同年份、不同类型小麦品种冬前期(苗期)、越冬期、返青期(分蘖期)、拔节期、孕穗期的抗寒性变化规律。结果表明,随着品种育成时间的往后推移,小麦品种抗寒性总体有逐渐增强的趋势,当前生产上的主要品种的抗寒性要强于一些老品种;不同区域品种的抗寒性也有差异,山东和陕西的品种表现出较强的抗寒性。半冬性品种济麦22、烟农19、良星66和皖麦38在各生育时期均表现出较强的抗寒能力,弱春性品种豫麦18、偃展4110在各生育时期抗寒性均较弱,这与它们在生产上的表现相一致;不同小麦品种在其生育进程中的抗寒性变化规律基本相似。

      To analyze the evolvement of cold-resistance in wheat varieties at seedling,tillering,wintering,jointing and booting stages,40 wheat varieties released between 1960 and 2000 in Huanghuai wheat zone were used in this study. Logistic equation was applied to estimate the half-lethal temperature based on the measurement by refrigeration treatment. The results indicated that the overall cold-resistance of wheat varieties was enhanced over time. The performance in cold-resistance of current wheat varieties was better than that of the earlier. Cold-resistance of wheat varieties from different regions was different and those varieties from Shandong and Shaanxi provinces were with stronger cold-resistance.Jimai 22,Yannong 19,Liangxing 66 and Wanmai 38 showed strong resistance to cold stress while Yumai 18 and Yanzhan 4110 were weak in the whole growth stage. The results were consistent with the performance in wheat production. Different varieties showed the similar rule of cold hardiness during the whole growth period.
