为了解外源葡萄糖对燕麦幼苗耐盐性的调节作用,以燕麦盐敏感品种白燕8号和耐盐品种草莜1号为材料,采用沙培试验法,研究了NaCl胁迫下葡萄糖浸种对燕麦幼苗生长和根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量、质膜透性及渗透调节的影响。结果表明,白燕8号和草莜1号幼苗分别在100和200 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下根系活力和叶绿素含量下降,质膜透性和渗透调节物质增加;葡萄糖浸种可提高燕麦幼苗的耐盐性,且在重度盐胁迫下效果显著,轻度盐胁迫的促进作用大于葡萄糖的调节能力。葡萄糖浸种浓度为0.5 mmol·L-1时,可提高燕麦幼苗叶片和根系渗透调节物质含量,缓解盐胁迫,是适宜的浸种浓度。 |

Oats varieties with different salt tolerance,were used to study the effects of exogenous glucose on seedling growth, root vigor, chlorophyll content, leaf and root membrane permeability and osmotic adjustment substances contents of oat under NaCl stress in sand culture experiment. The results showed that, the root vigor and chlorophyll content of the Baiyan 8 and Caoyou 1 decreased in the severe NaCl stress treatment of 100 mmol·L-1 and 200 mmol·L-1 of sodium chloride, respectively, while the membrane permeability and accumulation of osmotic adjustment substance increased. Exogenous glucose could improve salt resistance of oat seedlings under different NaCl stresses, and the regulation effect was significant under severe salt stress. The regulation capability of soaking with glucose was less than growth promotion in light salt stress (Caoyou 1 in 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress). When oat seeds was soaked with 0.5 mmol·L-1 glucose, the content of osmotic regulation substances in leaf and root of oat seedlings increased and the damage of salt was alleviated, which was the suitable glucose concentration for salt stress regulation. |
