      为给超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)基因克隆和功能研究奠定基础,以粗山羊草和二穗短柄草的基因组序列为材料,利用生物信息学手段对SOD基因家族成员进行鉴定和分析。结果表明,两种植物总共鉴定出12个SOD基因,其中二穗短柄草7个,粗山羊草5个;它们的编码区全长327~2 145 bp,编码108~714个氨基酸,保守基序数量1~4个,等电点4.84~9.25; Cu/Zn SOD、Fe SOD与Mn SOD的数量分别为8、3和1个,在粗山羊草基因组中没有鉴定到Mn SOD基因;3种不同类型的SOD在进化树上处于不同分支。除 Bradi2g30580.2Bradi1g50550.1外,其他二穗短柄草的SOD基因在粗山羊草中均有同源基因。
英文摘要:
      Superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzymes act as important antioxidants thus protect cells from being injured by reactive oxygen species, and they play a vital role in stress defense. To provide a basis for gene cloning and function analysis, genome sequences of two Gramineae plants, Aegilops tauschii and Brachypodium distachyon, were chosen to identify SOD gene family members applying bioinformatics methods. Results showed that there were 12 SOD genes in total, and 7 of them were from B.distachyon while the other 5 from A.tauschii. The complete coding sequences were 327~2 145 bp in length encoding 108~714 amino acids with conserved motif number of 1~4; Their isoelectric point values ranged from 4.84 to 9.25. The amount of Cu/Zn SOD,Fe SOD and Mn SOD were 8, 3 and 1, respectively, and no Mn SOD was indentified from A.tauschii;Three categories of SOD were located at three different phylogenetic clades. Homologous SOD genes of B.distachyon could be found in A.tauschii except for Bradi2g30580.2 and Bradi1g50550.1.
