培育抗病品种是防治大麦白粉病最经济、安全的有效措施,抗病基因的鉴定和利用是大麦抗病育种的先决条件。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,分子标记已成为抗病基因鉴定、定位和克隆的必要手段,大麦抗白粉病“分子设计育种”将逐步成为现实。目前,12个专化性主效抗白粉病基因已经通过分子标记定位在1H、2H、4H、5H和7H染色体上。此外,还在所有的染色体上发现多个抗白粉病QTLs(Quantitative trait loci)位点。已克隆7个主效大麦抗白粉病基因,分别为mlo、 Mla1、Mla6、Mla7、Mla10、Mla12和 Mla13。 |

Breeding for disease resistance is an economically and environmentally sustainable way to protect barley from powdery mildew. It is prerequisite to identify and use resistant genes in barley resitance breeding. With the development of molecular biology,molecular markers have greatly been used in identification,mapping and cloning of resistant genes,and this gradually make “molecular breeding by design” of barley resistance to powdery mildew accessible. Up to now,twelve major specific resistance genes were mapped on chromosomes 1H,2H,4H,5H and 7H,and many QTLs for resistance to powdery mildew have found on all seven chromosomes in barley.Seven major resistant genes of mlo, Mla1,Mla6,Mla7,Mla10,Mla12 and Mla13 were cloned. These findings will be useful to barley molecular breeding for powdery mildew resistance,and will make the discovery and utilization of interest resistanto genes deeply and widely. |
