Field experiments were conducted to understand the marginal effect on grain nutritional quality and quality yields of wheat varieties in Huanghuai Plain from 2010 to 2012. The protein content, starch content, soluble sugar and other nutrient quality indexes of grains were performed. The results indicated that there were significant differences existed in grain protein content and soluble sugar content in various rows; the grain protein content was 136.80,131.03, 129.51 and 126.58 g·kg-1, and the soluble sugar content was 113.08, 91.618, 93.55 and 87.91 g·kg-1 for the grains in the row 1, row 2, row 3 and row 4, respectively. Grain starch content, grain protein yield and starch yield were all significantly different in different rows, the grain protein yield was 1 543.3, 995.7, 987.1 and 930.9 kg·ha-1, the starch yield was 6 480.6, 4 284.9, 4 383.6 and 4 126.3 kg·ha-1 for the grains in the row 1, row 2, row 3 and row 4, respectively. The results indicated there was obvious marginal effect, and the marginal effects could be well explored in agricultural production through reforming planting methods and selecting wheat varieties. |
