转录调控是真核生物基因表达调控的重要机制。转录因子在植物逆境信号传递过程中起着中心调节作用,转录因子调控功能基因表达是植物应答逆境胁迫的关键,为利用基因工程创制作物抗逆新品种提供参考信息。本文概述了植物抗胁迫相关的4类转录因子(NAC类转录因子、MYB类转录因子、bZIP类转录因子和WRKY类转录因子)的结构特点和分类,并重点讨论了它们在作物抗逆胁迫中的功能。 |

Transcriptional regulation is a mechanism of eukaryotic gene expression regulation. Transcriptional factors play a central role in plant stress signal transmission. Transcriptional regulation of gene expression is a crucial key of plant defense responses in plant defense environment stresses. In this paper, four families of transcription factors that were related to stress tolerance (MYB,bZIP,WRKY and NAC) and their structural features, functional characterization and current research progress in the molecular mechanism of crop stress tolerance were discussed.It will provide a theoretical basis of using genetic engineering to create new varieties of crop stress tolerance. |
