为明确不同水分条件下不同年代主栽冬小麦品种更替过程中气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数的演变规律及其对水分胁迫的响应机制,以河南中部麦区20世纪50年代以来不同时期主栽的6个冬小麦品种为材料,研究了返青后不灌水、返青后灌拔节水、返青后灌拔节水和灌浆水三种水分条件下,冬小麦旗叶叶绿素含量指数、气体交换参数与叶绿素荧光动力学参数的变化及其对水分胁迫的响应。结果表明,在冬小麦品种改良过程中,20世纪90年代及以后的品种旗叶生育后期叶绿素含量高;光合速率的最大值无明显优势,但高光合速率值持续时间长,蒸腾速率受环境影响减弱,胞间二氧化碳浓度变化幅度小;气孔导度、灌浆期原初光能转化效率高于早期品种。品种和水分交互作用显著。在拔节和灌浆期灌水改善了冬小麦旗叶光合作用的外在和内在特征,有利于旗叶光合产物积累和籽粒充实。 |

The objective of this study is to clarify the changes of gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the major winter wheat cultivars bred at different decades,and to analyze the mechanism of their response to water stress.Six representative winter wheat cultivars used at different decade were selected from the central Henan to study the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence of flag leaf under different water treatments.Three irrigation levels consisted with the following water treatments: no irrigation after returning green stage,one irrigation at jointing stage,two irrigations at jointing and milky stage respectively.The results showed that photosynthesis and sustained duration of high photosynthesis of flag leaf improved in winter wheat cultivars bred in 1990s and after 1990s,and the chlorophyll content index of flag leaf in 1990s and after 1990s were also improved.Intercellular CO2 concentration varied within a small range.Stomatal conductance,original light energy transformation efficiency of winter wheat cultivars bred in 1990s and after 1990s were higher than that in early varieties.Interaction between variety and water content is significant in wheat variety improvement.Irrigation at joint and filling stage optimize photosynthetic characteristic,which help the accumulation of photoproduct and are benefit for improving grain yield. |
