      小麦Tamyb10基因决定着种皮颜色,同时对穗发芽也具有一定影响。为了明确小麦种质的 Tamyb10基因等位变异情况,以122份普通小麦品种(系)为材料,开发了能够直接检测B组染色体上Tamyb10基因等位变异的共显性标记,并利用该标记及先前已报道的Tamyb10基因功能标记分别对参试小麦品种中3A、3B和3D染色体上 Tamyb10基因位点上的等位变异类型进行了检测。结果发现,参试材料中上述每一位点均发现有2种等位变异类型,共有8种基因型组合。其中,拥有Tamyb10 A1a/Tamyb10 B1a/Tamyb10 D1a基因型组合的小麦种皮表现为白色,共有51份,占供试材料总数的41.8%,其余基因型组合种皮均表现红色,分别为Tamyb10 A1b/Tamyb10 B1a/Tamyb10 D1aTamyb10 A1a/Tamyb10 B1b/Tamyb10 D1aTamyb10 A1a/Tamyb10 B1a/Tamyb10 D1bTamyb10 A1b/Tamyb10 B1b/Tamyb10 D1aTamyb10 A1b/Tamyb10 B1a/Tamyb10 D1bTamyb10 A1a/Tamyb10 B1b/Tamyb10 D1bTamyb10 A1b/Tamyb10 B1b/Tamyb10 D1b,这些基因型材料共有71份,占供试材料总数的58.2%。说明当 Tamyb10基因在三个位点均为野生型时,种皮颜色为白色;而当任何一个位点发生突变时种皮颜色均表现为红色。

      The Tamyb10 genes play an important role for controlling the grain color and also have some influence on preharvest sprouting in bread wheat. In this study, the codominant marker T3B 2 was developed for detection of Tamyb10 B1 allele in bread wheat. The new marker T3B 2 and the Tamyb10 functional markers reported previously were used to identify allelic variation on the Tamyb10 A1, Tamyb10 B1 and Tamyb10 D1 loci in bread wheat varieties or advanced lines surveyed, respectively. The results showed that there were two haplotypes on each Tamyb10 locus and eight allelic combinations of Tamyb10 were totally found in bread wheat surveyed. Of them, Tamyb10 A1a/ Tamyb10 B1a/ Tamyb10 D1a possessing 41.8% of the total number of cultivars surveyed show the white grain color and remaining seven allelic combinations accounting for 58.2% show red grain color, i.e. Tamyb10 A1b/ Tamyb10 B1a/ Tamyb10 D1a, Tamyb10 A1a/ Tamyb10 B1b/ Tamyb10 D1a, Tamyb10 A1a/ Tamyb10 B1a/ Tamyb10 D1b, Tamyb10 A1b/ Tamyb10 B1b/ Tamyb10 D1a, Tamyb10 A1b/ Tamyb10 B1a/ Tamyb10 D1b, Tamyb10 A1a/ Tamyb10 B1b/ Tamyb10 D1b and Tamyb10 A1b/ Tamyb10 B1b/ Tamyb10 D1b. It suggests that cultivars with wild type Tamyb10 at three loci show white grain color and cultivars with at least one mutant of Tamyb10 at three loci show red grain color. This study could provide useful information for screening relatively superior germplasms.
