为探明抗坏血酸(AsA)对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的调控作用,采用室内水培法研究了不同浓度AsA处理对0.1 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下2个小麦品种(周麦9号和周麦23号)幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,外施AsA极显著提高了盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的根长、芽长,幼苗叶片的Pro和可溶性蛋白含量以及根系活力显著升高,细胞膜透性及膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量显著降低。2个小麦品种对AsA处理的敏感程度存在差异,ASA对周麦23号的缓解效果相对较好。本实验中以1.5 mmol·L-1外源AsA缓解效果最好。 |

In order to determine the regulatory effect of AsA on growth of wheat seedling under salt stress, experiment was carried out using 0.1 mmol·L-1 NaC1 to induce salt stresses to evaluate the effects of different concentration of AsA on growth of wheat seedling in this paper. The results showed that application of exogenous AsA on the root significantly increased the length of root and shoot, while the content of soluble proteins and proline, and the root activity were significantly increased, the membrane permeability and the content of malonaldehyde (product of membrane lipid peroxidation) were significantly decreased when the wheat seedlings were suffered from salt stress (P<0.01). These results show that, application of exogenous AsA can effectively keep cytomembrane stabilization and reduces the damage from membrane lipid peroxidation, by which mitigate the harmful effects from salt stress on plants, and promote the growth of wheat, and the effect of 1.5 mmol·L-1 AsA was optimal. |
