      为给小麦高产调优栽培提供理论依据,以小麦品种农麦2号和永良4号为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同氮磷钾肥处理对小麦籽粒产量、蛋白质含量和主茎维管束数目的影响。结果表明,不同品种籽粒产量、蛋白质含量和主茎维管束数目对氮肥的反应一致;施氮显著提高籽粒产量和蛋白质含量,改善主茎维管束结构,且效果优于施磷、钾及不施肥处理;两个品种主茎的倒二节间维管束数均多于穗下节间维管束数,且主茎穗下节间维管束数均与籽粒产量、蛋白质含量呈正相关,其中农麦2号的维管束数与籽粒蛋白质含量相关显著(r=0.65,P<0.05)。
英文摘要:
      In order to provide a theoretical basis to the production of wheat cultivation measure, experiment use wheat of Nongmai 2 and Yongliang 4 as test material , the experiment with two factor randomized block design to study different NPK fertilizer treatment on different varieties of wheat grain yield, protein content,vascular numbers of main stem and the correlation between the yield.The results showed that different varieties of grain yield, Protein content and number of main stem vascular numbers response to N is synchronous; N fertilizer than P fertilizer, K fertilizer and no fertilizer significantly increase grain yield, protein content and improve the main stem of vascular structure.The two varieties of wheat vascular bundles 2nd internode below the ear are more than the number of 1st internode below the ear; and two varieties of wheat vascular numbers of internode below the ear of main stem with grain yield, protein content was positive correlation; protein content of Nongmai 2 and the main stem vascular numbers of 1st internode below the ear showed a significant positive correlation (r=0.65, P<0.05).
