      为了解木聚糖酶抑制剂基因(TAXI型、XIP型和TLXI型)与小麦白粉病病情指数的关系,选取来源于不同麦区的192份小麦品种,以特异PCR方法检测木聚糖酶抑制剂基因,田间自然诱发鉴定白粉病病情指数。结果表明,含有TAXI I基因的77份品种的平均病情指数(8.99)比不含有TAXI I基因的115份品种的病情指数(11.89)低24%,差异显著;含有XIP I基因的115份品种和不含XIP I基因的77份品种的平均病情指数分别为10.86和10.53,差异不明显;含有TLXI基因的116份品种和不含TLXI基因的76份品种的平均病情指数分别为10.33和11.33,差异不显著。说明TAXI I基因可能是一个有效的白粉病抗性基因。

      Xylanase inhibitor genes play important roles in plant defense responses. In order to clarify the relationship between these genes and disease indexes of wheat powdery mildew, 192 wheat cultivars from different regions were selected as experimental materials, the presence of xylanase inhibitor genes was detected by PCR with specific primers, and the disease indexes were investigated by natural infection in field. The results showed that the average disease index of 77 cultivars carrying the TAXI I gene and 115 cultivars without the TAXI I gene was 8.99 and 11.89, respectively. The average disease index was decreased by 24% in the cultivars with the TAXI I gene and the difference was significant at 0.05 level. The average disease index of 115 cultivars carrying XIP I gene and 77 cultivars without XIP I gene was 10.86 and 10.53, respectively, there was no significant difference between them. The average disease index of 156 cultivars carrying TLXI gene and 76 cultivars without TLXI gene was 10.33 and 11.33, respectively, the difference between them was not significant. These results suggested that TAXI I gene could decrease the disease index effectively, so it might be one resistant gene valid to powdery mildew. The effects of genetic background (including Pm genes) combined with xylanase inhibitor genes on the powdery mildew disease indexes were further discussed.
