      小麦籽粒特性与籽粒产量和品质密切相关。本研究以波兰小麦(Tiriticum polonicum L.)×普通小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品系“中13”杂交组合衍生的99个F8重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines, RIL)群体为材料,利用SSR分子标记构建连锁遗传图谱。根据两年实验数据,利用复合区间作图法对粒重、粒长和粒宽3个籽粒特性相关性状进行了QTL定位分析,共检测到12个与籽粒特性相关的加性QTL位点。其中,3个粒重QTL,1个位于1A染色体上,另外2个都在2A染色体上,单个QTL可解释表型变异的13.35%~20.04%;5个粒长QTL,其中2个位于2A染色体上,其余3个分别位于3A、5A和2B染色体上,单个QTL可解释表型变异的8.53%~21.03%;4个粒宽QTL,分别位于1A、2A、3B和 5B染色体上,单个QTL可解释表型变异的9.76%~40.79%。在2A染色体上共检测到5个籽粒特性相关性状的QTL,表明2A染色体与籽粒特性关系密切。

      Wheat kernel characteristics are associated with kernel yield and quality. In this study, the QTLs of grain weight, grain length and grain width were analyzed using SSR markers in a population which consisted of 99 F8 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from the cross of Poland wheat (Triticum polonicum L.) and Common Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Zhong 13. The ANOVA showed that there was highly significant difference between Poland Wheat and Zhong 13 in all three traits in 2010 and 2011. It was clear that the hereditary basis between two parents on grain weight, grain length and grain width was very different. A significant difference among recombinant inbred lines (RIL) was found in grain weight in two years, a highly significant difference among recombinant inbred lines (RIL) was found in grain length and grain width in two years. Of 355 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers between parents, there were 173 pairs of SSR primers with polymorphism among recombinant inbred lines (RIL). Finally, 115 polymorphic loci were located on the 14 linkage groups of wheat genome A and B. On average, there were 8.2 pairs of primers each chromosome. 13 pairs of primers were located on Chromonsome 3B and only 5 pairs of primers on chromosomes 1A, 5B and 6B. The total length of 14 linkage groups was 822.9 cM, and the average genetic distance between markers was 7.16 cM. With the method of composite interval mapping (CIM), the QTLs of kernel characteristics were detected using the data from two years (2010 and 2011). 12 QTLs for kernel characteristics were found in two years. Among them, 3 QTLs for grain weight were detected, one located on chromosome 1A and the other two on chromosome 2A, and the phenotypic variation explained by individual QTL varied from 13.35% to 20.04%; 5 QTLs for grain width were detected, 2 located on chromosome 2A and the other 3 on chromosome 3A, 5A and 2B, respectively, and the phenotypic variation accounted for by individual QTL varied from 8.53% to 21.03%; 4 QTLs for grain width were detected on chromosome 1A, 2A, 3B and 5B,respectively, and 9.76%~40.79% phenotypic variation were explained by individual QTL. The modes of action of all QTLs identified were addictive effect. Besides, 5 QTLs for kernel characteristics were detected on chromosome 2A, which might suggest chromosome 2A was closely related to kernel characteristics.
